Shipping Information & Damaged Products
Shipping address must be in compliance with respect to shipping restrictions contained on this website. We ship to all of the North American states, Local pickup services are not offered and so, all the orders must be shipped. Pursuant to a shipment contract, Once the items are picked up by delivery carrier, any risk of loss and title for items purchased will pass to you. You will also be responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Any special delivery handling such as re-routing delivery, unpacking and office delivery could be extra.
Atara currently offer free ground or freight shipping on orders over $399 shipped to the contiguous 48 states. For other shipping services, or faster delivery, additional charges may apply. For orders outside the lower 48 states, shipping charges are calculated on the total weight of the order at the time of purchase.
Sometimes, a damage may occur to goods in shipping. You are required to inspect all orders before signing off with shipping carrier. You have right to refuse any orders that show obvious signs of damage at the time of delivery. If you need to return the order due to shipping damage that was not visible at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving items, we will check with shipping carrier and provide necessary next steps to resolve the matters; AtaraLights.com is not responsible for any damage reported after 24 hrs. In the event that a product is lost in-transit or has not been delivered on the scheduled date, please notify us immediately.We will manage the replacements and re-ship your order.
We accept authorized returns up to 30 days from your delivery date. To initiate a return, please visit complete the RMA Form and check your email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning products. After you receive authorization for RMA, please return the item(s) in original packaging, and write the RMA outside the package. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet our guidelines. If we reject any returned item, you will not receive a refund on such item. Custom made products or alterations to a product are not returnable. You are responsible for all return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
We would like to assist you with your return, but if the item is removed from its original packaging or installed are not salable and we are unable to return and refund such items. It is your responsibility to return items in a safe, good condition, so please pack returns carefully. Upon receipt and verification, a credit equal to the order price will be issued to you through the original payment method. All return items are subject to a 15% restock fee unless a direct replacement order is placed.
Shipping fees of any type are non-refundable. We bring you the lowest prices on the web to maximize your savings on items itself, so both the original shipping fees and return postage are non-refundable. Sipping costs are always customer’s responsibility.
