We accept authorized returns up to 30 days from your delivery date. To initiate a return, please fill out the RMA Form and send it to ledcs@ataralights.com. Allow us 2-3 business days to send you the shipping label. After you receive the shipping label, please return the item(s) in original packaging, and write the RMA outside the package. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet our guidelines. If we reject any returned item, you will not receive a refund on such item. Custom made products or alterations to a product are not returnable. You are responsible for all return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.


We would like to assist you with your return, but if the item is removed from its original packaging or installed are not salable and we are unable to return and refund such items. It is your responsibility to return items in a safe, good condition, so please pack returns carefully. Upon receipt and verification, a credit equal to the order price will be issued to you through the original payment method. All return items are subject to a 15% restock fee unless a direct replacement order is placed.


Shipping fees of any type are non-refundable. We bring you the lowest prices on the web to maximize your savings on items itself, so both the original shipping fees and return postage are non-refundable. Sipping costs are always customer’s responsibility.
