Atara Lights (Seller) Manufacturers’ Limited Warranty
WARRANTY: The manufacturers of the products sold by Atara Lights warrant that their products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship by the terms of the manufacturer’s standard warranty. This constitutes the sole and entire warranty provided to the buyer regarding the products purchased. As the seller, Atara Lights does not offer any warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding the products. We explicitly disclaim and renounce all warranties related to the seller, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressed, implied, or arising by operation of law, trade usage, or course of dealing. Additionally, the buyer waives any claims against Atara Lights for hidden defects.
Atara Lights will assign to the buyer any warranty claims against the manufacturer regarding the products sold. A copy of the manufacturer’s written warranty is typically provided before or during delivery. If the buyer has not received this, Atara Lights will obtain and forward a copy of the manufacturer’s warranty to the buyer upon request.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY: The liability of Atara Lights related to the products sold, or this contract, is strictly limited to the handling of repair, replacement of parts/components, or the replacement or refund of the purchase price, at Atara Lights’ discretion. Under no circumstances will Atara Lights be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, related to this agreement or any products sold, whether arising from breach of contract, warranty, or tort.
